Duqqa or dukkah is an Egyptian mixture of herbs, spices and nuts. This aromatic black dukkah is full of earthy flavours and perfect as a seasoning or in a marinade sauce. Serve as a dip for bread, or on vegetables or meat.

Ingredients
- 125g charcoal sea salt
- 125g brown sugar
- 125g toasted black sesame seeds
- 125g chopped and roasted walnuts
- seasonal vegetables, to serve
- olive oil, to serve

Combine 125g each of charcoal sea salt, brown sugar, toasted black sesame seeds and chopped and roasted walnuts. Steam seasonal vegetables and serve with olive oil and black dukkah.
