• The gin buzz caught the city a few years ago and it hasn’t dissipated. With the buzz came a plethora of celebrations but the Gin & Tonic Festival at the Old Biscuit Mill was the original celebration of the popular spirit.

    The event’s evolution now sees it as a singular entertainment, culinary and beverage experience. Previously featuring superstar headliners like Msaki, the 2023 edition is gearing up to be even bigger.

    Taking place on Friday 7 April 2023, it’s the perfect public holiday hang out with friends. Beyond delicious gin – DJ Speedsta, one of the country’s biggest stars is the headliner for the festival and is in good company with talented artists Sir Vincent, DJ Loyd, International Pantsula, and Misss Shelly.

    For thousands of returning fans, the festival offers the ultimate day out – a joyous exploration of the country’s best-loved, undiscovered, and newly crafted gin brands joined by a selection of iconic internationals – all competing for attendee’s undivided attention with an array of perfect serves, premium cocktails and immersive environments.

    With multiple entertainment stages offering a top-shelf selection of music all day, and Cape Town’s most colorful street food chefs slinging treats to line those stomachs, it’s the year’s most anticipated celebration of the makers, merchants, and mixers behind South Africa’s most exciting spirit.

    Tickets are R200, giving attendees access to the festival, a branded tote, and glass. Tickets are available via Quicket.
