Caroline’s 2024 edition of her annual Red Wine Review, one of the most prestigious tasting events on the South African wine calendar, will take place on Thursday, 25 July, from 5 pm to 9 pm in the Members’ Lounge at the DHL Stadium, Green Point, Cape Town.
Hosted by Caroline Rillema of the renowned Caroline’s Fine Wine Cellar, this world-class event offers wine enthusiasts a unique chance to sample some of the Cape’s finest flagship red wines under one roof.
This exclusive evening event will feature 80 of South Africa’s most celebrated wines, with winemakers present to engage with attendees.
Top-tier Cabernet, Shiraz/Syrah, Merlot, Pinotage, Cinsault, Grenache, niche varieties, and classic Bordeaux-style, Rhône-style, and Cape blends will be showcased at this walk-around tasting event, setting the stage for an exhilarating evening.

At the entrance, visitors will receive a crystal tasting glass and a detailed list of available wines. Attendees can place orders for purchase at a 15% discount off the usual retail pricing.
