After an excellent harvest, their winemakers are back and ready to host another popular Winemaker’s Evening, scheduled for Tuesday, 28 May. Le Grand Domaine Enoteca in Stellenbosch is the venue, with winemaker Debbie Thompson in the leading role to showcase some fabulous wines. Not forgetting her co-star for the evening, well-known musician, Albert Frost.
Upon arrival at 6:30pm, guests will be greeted with a glass of bubbly (or two) and get the chance to catch up with friends before sitting down to an evening of Shiraz and Cabernet Sauvignons from the Stellenview Premium Wines and Le Grand Domaine portfolios. You’re guaranteed an unforgettable evening as these wines are only available online.
Albert Frost is renowned as a blues singer, rock guitarist, and producer who has been performing since 1994. In 2017, he won the SAMA Award for Best Rock Album for “The Wake Up.”
Tickets for the evening cost R495 per person, including a tasting of eight wines, a two-course shared meal, and the evening’s live entertainment. Before heading home, guests will receive a bottle of wine to take home and enjoy. The wines will also be available at a discounted price on the evening.
