The Cape Town International Convention Centre is set to host this year’s Ultimate Beverage Show, an event that brings a collection of local small craft beverage makers together under one roof to showcase their artisanal products and skills to the South African public.
Held on Friday, 27 January and Saturday, 28 January, this refreshing exhibition of cheers-worthy creations invites visitors to enjoy the tastes, witness the processes, and purchase beverages from local entrepreneurs.
Lillian Hlabangane, Head of Sales at the CTICC, said:
“We welcome back Schweppes as partners for the second year. They will share their well-known range of soft drinks, with some exciting ideas on how to mix them up.”
From small-batch wine and spirits to craft beer and cider, infused and flavouring alcoholic, low-alcoholic, and non-alcoholic beverages, to organic, healthy, and hot drinks, there’s something for everyone.
If you’re interested in brewing your own craft beverages, home brewing tools and accessories will be on display for purchase.
The Ultimate Beverage Show provides a platform for Cape producers of small-batch wines, beers and spirits to reach a wider market and present their goods to curious customers and the trade.
“There will be a host of fun and interesting activities, including the tasting of beverages, master classes hosted by Cause Effect, and entertainment by Chris Rain, while DJ Bobby Brown from Smile FM keeps the buzz going,” added Hlabangane.
If you are interested in showcasing your products, traders are invited to register on Friday, 27 January from 12pm to 3pm. Find the registration form here.
