Food&Home’s recipe developer, food stylist, and Awards judge Jezza-Rae Larsen made a delicious olive oil and balsamic vinegar bread dip using this year’s Food&Home Awards Rio Largo products.

Olive oil and balsamic bread dip
Ingredients
- ⅓ cup olive oil
- 2 tbsp balsamic vinegar
- 3 sundried tomatoes, chopped
- 2 small garlic cloves, chopped
- 3 tbsp grated parmesan cheese
- 1 tsp chili flakes
- 1 tbsp chopped basil
- 1 tsp lemon zest ( optional)
Instructions

COMBINE all the ingredients together in a bowl. Mix well until combined.

SEASON to taste. Serve with your favorite bread.
