• Food&Home’s recipe developer, food stylist, and Awards judge Jezza-Rae Larsen made a delicious olive oil and balsamic vinegar bread dip using this year’s Food&Home Awards Rio Largo products.

    Olive oil and balsamic bread dip

    Ingredients

    • ⅓ cup olive oil
    • 2 tbsp balsamic vinegar
    • 3 sundried tomatoes, chopped
    • 2 small garlic cloves, chopped
    • 3 tbsp grated parmesan cheese
    • 1 tsp chili flakes
    • 1 tbsp chopped basil
    • 1 tsp lemon zest ( optional)

    Instructions

    COMBINE all the ingredients together in a bowl. Mix well until combined.

    SEASON to taste. Serve with your favorite bread.
