Garlic bread with corn and biltong butter
Ingredients
- The corn and biltong butter:
- 200 grams salted butter, at room temperature
- ¼ cup olive oil
- 4 cloves garlic, crushed
- 1 cup corn, cooked
- ½ cup white cheddar cheese
- 1 cup beef biltong, finely chopped
- ½ tsp cumin
- ½ tsp chilli flakes
- To serve
- 1-2 baguettes
Instructions
COMBINE all the ingredients together in a food processor and blend until incorporated. Alternatively finely chop all the ingredients together and mix in a bowl until well combined
To serve
SLICE into your baguettes , making sure not to cut through all the way. Spread with the corn and biltong butter. Wrap the bread with foil and place in the oven or over warm coals.
