• Retro hasselback potatoes have made a comeback! A hasselback potato is a variation of a baked potato and it involves cutting slices into the potato before baking. The slices create extra crispy edges, while leaving the inside of the potato soft and fluffy.

    I love the idea of creating hasselback potatoes using baby potatoes and serving as a snack on New Year’s Eve with a dollop of chive crème fraîche!
