INGREDIENTS
- 500g Self-Raising Flour
- 1 Packet of Brown Onion Soup
- 1 Carton of Buttermilk
- A sprinkle of grated cheese – This is optional but absolutely recommended
METHOD

Preheat the oven to 200°C.
Spray your bread tin with a non-stick spray or line it with baking paper
Combine the self-raising flour, brown onion soup and buttermilk and mix till a wet dough consistancy
Place dough mixture in your baking tray and top with grated cheese
This will go into the oven to bake for 45 mins until dough is baked through
Pro Tip: Serve this bread water with salted butter. The butter will melt and you can top it with cheese or serve with a warm soup as the days become cooler.
