Ingredients
- ½ -1 tin caramel treat, softened
- ½ cup cream
- 1 tub caramel or plain vanilla ice-cream, softened slightly.
- 2-3 bars peppermint crisp,chopped
- To serve
- 6 Hot cross buns,cut in half

COMBINE the caramel together with a rina bowl and mix until smooth. Add more cream until slightly runny , but pliable.

ADD all the ingredients to the ice cream and mix.

FREEZE until firm

SCOOP the ice-cream onto the hot cross buns and serve.
