    Peppermint crisp hot bun ice-cream sandwiches

    Ingredients

    • ½ -1 tin caramel treat, softened
    • ½ cup cream
    • 1 tub caramel or plain vanilla ice-cream, softened slightly.
    • 2-3 bars peppermint crisp,chopped
    • To serve
    • 6 Hot cross buns,cut in half

    Instructions

    COMBINE the caramel together with a rina bowl and mix until smooth. Add more cream until slightly runny , but pliable.

    ADD all the ingredients to the ice cream and mix.

    FREEZE until firm

    To serve

    SCOOP the ice-cream onto the hot cross buns and serve.
