Ingredients
- Creamy spinach
- 2 tbsp vegetable oil
- 1 onion, finely chopped
- 1 garlic clove, minced
- 300 g spinach, stems removed and chopped
- 1 tbsp flour
- 1 cup milk
- ½ cup cream
- Spicy chickpeas
- 1 can chickpeas, drained and rinsed
- 1 tbsp chilli paste
- ½ red pepper, deseeded and coarsely chopped
- ¼ cup cream
- To serve
- ¼ cup mango atchar
- 2 naan bread, lightly toasted
- 3 tbsp crispy onions
