Granola yoghurt parfait
Ingredients
- 1 Cup plain yoghurt
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- ½ Fresh blueberries
- Mixed berry granola
Instructions

In a bowl, mix yoghurt with vanilla extract.

Start layering 2-3 tbsp granola in each cup. Add 2-3 tbsp vanilla yoghurt then on top. Repeat with another layer f granola and vanilla yoghurt. Top with fresh blueberries and serve.
