    How to- Heart cupcakes

    Ingredients

    • Your favourite cupcake mix
    • Cupcake liners
    • Tin foil
    • To decorate
    • 345 grams butter
    • 345 grams icing sugar
    • 1-2 tbsp milk
    • Red food colouring
    • Pink sprinkles

    PREHEAT oven to 180ºC

    MAKE the cupcakes to packet instructions.

    LINE a cupcake tray with cupcake liners and crumble tin foil into balls or depending on your ,cupcake tray, create a rectangle shape and place them at the top center of each cupcake liner inside your muffin tin. Pour in batter and bake in the over for 15 minutes

    To decorate

    BEAT butter until pale and soft.

    SIFT in icing sugar and beta until light and fluffy. Add in milk and a small drop of food coloring and mix to combine.

    PIPE icing onto cooled cupcakes and top with sprinkles.
