Lime and pomegranate sparkler
Ingredients
- 1 Sprig fresh mint
- 1 Lime, cut into 4 wedges
- Scoop fresh pomegranate pips
- Ice
- 60ml Two in a Bush Rooibos Cordial
- Sparkling water
Instructions
Place mint, lime and pomegranate into a glass. Use a muddler to press a few times. Add Cordial.
Top with ice, cordial and sparkling water, give it a good stir and garnish with fresh basil or mint.
