Divide 2 tbsp of the pomegranate seeds among the holes of an ice-cube tray and top with water. Freeze for 4 hours or until frozen. Grind remaining pomegranate seeds using a mortar and pestle to release the juice. Strain through a sieve into a blender; discard solids. Add yoghurt, honey and chopped banana to the blender; blend until smooth. Pour smoothie into glasses; top with pomegranate ice-cubes. Serve immediately.Pomegranate smoothie
