    Ponzu sauce

    Ingredients

    • juice of 1 lime
    • juice of 2 lemons
    • 50ml rice vinegar
    • 120ml soya sauce
    • 1 piece (4cm x 6cm) konbu

    Instructions

    Combine all of the ingredients in a glass jar and leave in the fridge to infuse for a few hours, then strain and store until needed.
