Instructions
Begin by mixing the creamy yogurt, olive oil , zesty lemon juice, Kasuri methi, freshly sliced mint leaves, and the captivating combination of ginger and garlic paste. Don't forget to sprinkle in all those delightful spices mentioned in the ingredient list. Oh, and a pinch of salt to elevate those flavours!
Give this blend a stir until it transforms into a luscious, thick paste. Now, the fun part – taste testing! Adjust the seasoning to match your personal flavour preferences. It's your kitchen kingdom, after all.
Time to introduce those lamb chops to the flavour party! Coat those juicy chops with your mouthwatering marinade, ensuring each one is thoroughly coated. Let them marinate and mingle for a couple of hours or a breezy 30 minutes if you're short on time.
Air Fry on the Grill function and Im grilling the chops at 205 degrees. Gently place your marinated chops onto the grill function, ready to perform their delicious dance.
Let the air fryer work its magic for about 10 minutes on each side. The aroma will tease your senses and build excitement.
If you're craving that perfect crispy edge, extend the party for an extra 5 minutes.
As your aromatic lamb chops bask in their flavourful glory, prepare for the grand finale. Serve these delights alongside delicate slices of red onion, zesty lemon wedges, and a flourish of fresh coriander.
Serve with fresh roti or naan, spiced potato chips that offer a tantalising crunch, and a sassy side of your favourite spicy sauce.
