We’ve all experienced a rocky road but this is a sweet one! Nothing says Easter like a chocolate treat, such as these easy rocky road squares. Perfect to share with loved ones and the best part is that the kids will LOVE it!
Rocky road squares
Ingredients
- 450 grams milk chocolate, chopped
- Pretzels
- Shortbread biscuits
- Easter eggs of choice
- Mini marshmallows
Instructions

MELT the chocolate in a heat-proof bowl over a double boiler or in the microwave, stirring often to make sure it doesn't burn. Once melted, add in all your ingredients and mix well to coat.

TRANSFER into a baking tray line with baking paper. Chill in the freezer for a few hours or overnight. Cut into squares and enjoy.
