Tuna baguette
Ingredients
- 2 large baguettes
- ⅓ cup mayonnaise
- 425 grams tinned tuna, drained and flaked
- ⅓ cup pitted kalamata olives, sliced
- 12 cherry tomato, cut in half
- ½ red onion, thinly sliced
- 1 cucumber, sliced into ribbons
- 2 tbsp basil leaves
Instructions
Slice each baguette lengthways down the middle without cutting all the way through. Spread with mayonnaise.
Fill baguette with tuna, olives, tomato, red onion, cucumber and basil.
Cut in half and serve.
Notes
You can also use a whole tomato, sliced if you dont have cherry tomatoes
