    Valencia Orange lollies

    Serves: 8 – 10 (80ml each)
    Cooking Time: 5 minutes + 5 – 7 hrs, to freeze

    Ingredients

    • 1L freshly squeezed Valencia orange juice (about 5 – 8 oranges)
    • 110g castor sugar
    • zest of ½ orange
    • 15ml (1 tbsp) fresh lemon juice

    Instructions

    Add the orange juice, sugar, orange zest and lemon juice to a blender or food processor and blitz until smooth.

    Divide the mixture between the moulds and freeze, 5 – 7 hours.
