With fresh watermelon juice, gin, sugar syrup and some lemon juice, this watermelon crush is the perfect refreshing summer cocktail. It gets its gorgeous colour and amazing flavour from fresh watermelon juice!
Watermelon crush
Ingredients
- 1 litre seeded, cubed watermelon
- 125ml gin
- 60ml sugar syrup
- 30ml lemon juice
Instructions

Freeze 1 litre seeded, cubed watermelon overnight. In a blender combine the watermelon, 125ml (½ cup) gin, 60ml (¼ cup) sugar syrup and 30ml (2 tbsp) lemon juice. Serve in short glasses.
