• The perfect dessert for Braai Day!

    Mixed fruit and marshmallow kebabs

    Ingredients

    • 250g strawberries, sliced into small chunks
    • 4 fresh apricots, quartered and pitted
    • 1 pineapple, sliced into small chunks
    • Honey, to drizzle

    Instructions

    Thread the strawberries, pineapple, nectarine halves and marshmallows onto 6 wooden skewers, alternating as you go. Toast the skewers on a hot braai, about 5 minutes.

    To serve, arrange the skewers on a platter and drizzle with honey.

    Notes

    Soak wooden skewers in water before using. This will prevent the skewers from burning when using on the braai.
