Quick Ginger Beer Cocktail
INGREDIENTS
- Handful crushed ice
- 1 Granny Smith apple, cut into wedges
- Rind of 1 lemon, thinly sliced
- 500ml (2 cups) store-bought/home-made ginger beer
- 125ml (½ cup) brandy
METHOD
DIVIDE the crushed ice, apple wedges and lemon rind between 2 glasses.
TOP up each glass with the store-bought/home-made ginger beer and brandy.
ENJOY immediately. Cheers!
