We got cooking with Mama Cat herself to get the lowdown on just a few of the delicious and nutritious snacks, spreads and dinners they have to offer.

Jolof Rice
Jolof Rice is a flavourful dish that brings the spicy and savoury flavours of Nigeria to your plate. Prepared with peppers, tomatoes, and Pesto Princess harissa. The black beans provide some extra protein and make this a complete, nutritious meal. If you are looking for a side to go with your chicken kebab braai, or a simple way to make a delicious wrap, this dish will work perfectly.
Central African Peanut Stew
The Central African Peanut Stew is a plant-based vegan meal inspired by West African dish maafe. It features creamy peanut butter sauce, with tomatoes, peppers, sweet potatoes. Pairs well with naan bread and fresh coriander.
Harissa Hummus
Who would have thought instant hummus was a thing? Made just the way you would at home, with fresh ingredients and organic olive oil. Just add cold water. As ever, hummus is the perfect dip for corn chips, carrot sticks and on a sandwich at the top of a mountain.
Mixed Dehydrated Vegetable
For those who like to get creative in their outdoor kitchens, this Mixed Dehydrated Vegetable pack is a great foundation for a variety of meals. Made with locally grown fresh vegetables it’s the perfect addition to your Asian inspired noodle dish, pesto pasta, or a side for your braaied dinner.
