Scheduled at the Cape Town International Convention Centre (CTICC) from 31 May to 2 June, and at the Kyalami International Convention Centre (KICC) from 26 July to 28 July, The Good Life Show is pleased to introduce its latest addition: the ‘Made to Move’ feature. This exciting addition offers visitors the chance to participate in activities focused on strength, balance, and mindfulness.
Heading the ‘Made to Move’ programme are Ceri and Lydia Hannan, the dynamic duo behind Rockstar Fitness. With a combined experience of over three decades in the fitness industry, they’re curating this section to ensure visitors not only kickstart their well-being journey but also have a fantastic time.
In addition to engaging activities, the ‘Made to Move’ area will showcase the latest fitness gear, trends, and training methods, providing an ideal platform for anyone looking to begin, restart, or enhance their fitness journey.
