Kota, according to lifestyle publication, Live Kindly, is a slang pronunciation of the word “quarter.” It is made using a quarter of a hollowed-out loaf of bread that acts as a container for all of your favourite foods. From beef mince, slap chips, fried egg, atchar, polony and many more, it is on top of the list of some of the most popular street food in our beautiful country.
