    2 ingredient chocolate mousse

    Serves: 4-8
    Total Time: 15 min

    Ingredients

    • 1 ½ cups whipping cream
    • 1 cup 70% chopped dark chocolate or 70% dark chocolate chips
    • To serve
    • Raspberries or fruit of choice
    • Chocolate shavings
    • Whipped cream, optional

    Instructions

    HEAT ½ a cup of the cream in a microwave safe bowl, until hot. Add in chopped chocolate and stir until combined, thick and glossy.

    WHIP the remaining cream in a bowl. Create a space and add the chocolate mixture (ganache) and fold through the whipped cream, until combined.

    TRANSFER to glasses or bowls and garnish. Serve and enjoy.

    Foodie tip: This recipe is rich and decadent and is perfect for dark chocolate lovers. Adding fruit or any other garnishes like honey or milk chocolate will help add a bit of sweetness to this recipe.
