Wildeberg Terroirs Sauvignon Blanc
The Terroirs series is an expression of Wildeberg’s most exciting vineyard blocks in the wider Coastal Region. The Wildeberg Terroirs Sauvignon Blanc 2020 is crafted from skinny dry-grown vines in the Banhoek ward of Stellenbosch, which cling to the slopes of Simonsberg. Hand-picked and naturally fermented, the wine has waves of rich tropical notes on the nose with a broad palate of lime leaf and bay. Boasting a silky texture and a bright naturally acidic finish, it pairs beautifully with seafood dishes, Thai salads and citrus dressings.
