End your meal on a sweet note with either the hibiscus mille-feuille or the camomile panna cotta.
The Mother’s Day High Tea begins with a selection of tea sandwiches, followed by a second savoury course of duck larb and lavender chilli jam; shredded lamb slider and minted tzatziki; stuffed zucchini blossom and coriander truffle pesto; oak-smoked chicken croquette and nasturtium aioli; and artichoke arancini with grapefruit.
The final course is an irresistible selection of pâtisseries and buttery scones with hibiscus jam and Chantilly cream.
