The elegant guest house with its magnificent garden and roaming peacocks will be transformed into a colourful bazaar with a feast of goods that will transform your festive season. Whether you’re looking for the perfect gift, trinkets for your tree, perfect fashion items or accessories, hostess favours, décor ideas or even something to add some festive spirit to your house and garden, the Festive Ideas market is definitely the place to be.
The deli will once again be filled with delectable treats – either for stocking fillers, holiday treats, delicious nibbles to add the finishing touch to your festive table or even the most gorgeous Christmas fruit cakes to spoil your guests.
The market will be open daily from 09h00 to 16h30 from Wednesday till Saturday, but will close at 15h00 on Sunday. Entry tickets are available at the entrance at R40 per adult. Free entry for children under 18. Ample, secure parking is available. Simondium’s Country Lodge is conveniently located between Paarl and Franschhoek and easily accessible via the N1 highway only 60km from Cape Town and a quick 15km from Stellenbosch via the Helshoogte Pass.
