Spier, the beloved South African winery, invites food and wine lovers to their limited-edition Winemaker Dinners. Visitors will get to experience culinary delights and discover the estate’s rich 331-year-old winemaking heritage through an evening of storytelling.
Held in the beautifully restored Manor House, every evening includes a delicious 4-course meal, with each dish perfectly paired with Spier’s acclaimed wines. Throughout each evening, Spier Cellar Master Johan Jordaan and a specialist winemaker from his team will share tales from the cellar and reflect on their unique winemaking styles. Seats are limited, so be sure to book your seat at the table for any one of the upcoming evenings:
27 October: Creative Thinking
1 December: Spier’s Coastal Connection: A Sauvignon Blanc Culinary Soirée
2 February: Sowing the Seeds: An Organic Wine Story
The Spier Winemaker’s Dinner Series is priced from R695 – R850 per person. To ensure an intimate and personalised experience, seating for the Manor House Winemaker Dinners is limited to one long table seating 22 guests.
