Smoothie with magic chocolate shell
HANDS-ON TIME 15 min | TOTAL TIME 20 min | SERVES 4
INGREDIENTS
- 4 frozen chopped bananas
- 2 cups milk
- 1 cup peanut butter
- 2 tbsp honey
- 3 cups ice
CHOCOLATE SHELL
- 200g dark chocolate, chopped
- 70ml coconut oil
METHOD
BLEND all the ingredients together until smooth. Divide smoothie between glasses and place in the freezer until ready to use.
PLACE the chocolate and coconut oil in a bowl. Microwave for 2-3 minutes, mixing every 30 seconds, until completely melted.
DRIZZLE the chocolate shell mixture over the smoothies and watch it magically set before your eyes. Enjoy!
