When storing your avocados in the crisper drawer or storage container of your fridge. Tightly seal your avo’s (leave the skin and pit in place ) with cling-wrap and place in an air-tight container before placing it in the fridge.
Food tip: leaving the skin and pit of your avocado helps with longer freshness and prevents oxidation.
