    The Olympics not only showcase incredible athletic talent but also offer a glimpse into the lives of athletes, including their dining experiences. Athletes have been sharing their experiences on TikTok, and among them, Muslim Australian boxer Tina Rahimi has highlighted the halal options available in the Olympic Village.

    In a video that has garnered over four million views, Rahimi takes her followers on a tour of the dining hall, specifically focusing on the halal section. “Everyone has been asking me about the halal options at the dining hall,” she says as she walks towards the area.

    Before heading inside, Rahimi shows what the dining hall looks like from the outside. There are different sections for different countries, and she highlights the offerings in the French section before stepping into the halal section.

    Inside the halal section, a variety of meats are available. Rahimi opts for grilled chicken and some salads. The dining hall itself is vast, with 3,200 seats and a team of 200 employees preparing around 40,000 meals a day, featuring over 500 recipes. There are stations for pasta, grilled items, sides, and beverages, ensuring a diverse array of food options.
