The Conservatory Restaurant at the Cellars-Hohenort Hotel & Spa in Cape Town will undergo a complete transformation in the coming months and will re-open in spring 2023 with a contemporary new look and feel. The hotel guest lounge and bar area, as well as the restaurant terrace of the historic Cellars building, will also undergo renovations.
