    Lanzerac Wine Estate has enjoyed a long history of having pioneering women at its helm who have developed the farm into what it is today. Among them are Anna Hoeks (AKA the Widow Hasselaar), wife of the Estate’s first owner, who grew the property through the acquisition of adjacent farms in the 1700s.
