THE COMPETITION
Six readers will be selected to partake in an exciting cook-off at the Bosch Live Kitchen in the newly launched BSH Brand Experience Centre in Kramerville, Johannesburg on Saturday, 19 May at 9am. The selected participants will be contacted by an F&HE representative in the first week of May 2018. All appliances and ingredients will be supplied to each participant (as set forth by the recipes submitted). Each participant must prepare a main dish within one hour and a delectable dessert within 30 minutes. Participants are not allowed to prepare their ingredients at home and each dish will be judged on execution, appearance and taste.
THE PRIZE
A carefully selected panel of judges will select one winner to walk away with the new, multifunctional Bosch OptiMUM and also be featured in F&HE with one of the winning recipes!

Select a recipe for a main dish, as well as a dessert recipe that you would like to prepare during the cook-off.
