3 dips, 1 base
Ingredients
- Dip base
- 2 cups sour cream
- 1 cup mayonnaise
- 1. Mexican lime and chilli
- 1 cup dip base
- 2-3 pickled jalapenos, finely chopped
- ⅓ cup mexican salsa
- 1-2 tbsp Taco seasoning
- 1 cup grated cheddar cheese
- Spring onion to garnish, finely chopped
- Serve with tortilla chips
- 2. Sour cream and chives
- 1 tsp onion powder
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- Freshly ground pepper
- Salt to taste
- ½ cup chopped chives
- Serve with chips or store-bought sweet potato wedges
- 3. Bacon and cheese
- 1/2 tsp dried mustard powder
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp kosher salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1 pack diced bacon, cooked
- 1 cups grated cheddar cheese
- 3 tbsp fresh parsley,finely chopped
- 2-3 spring onions, sliced
- Breadsticks or cheddar biscuits to serve or if you have any other ideas
Instructions
For the dip base
COMBINE the sour cream and mayonnaise together in a bowl. Mix well and divide evenly between 3 bowls.

ADD all the ingredients into the base dip and mix well to combine.
SERVE with tortilla chips
