BBQ Chicken Wrap
Ingredients
- 4 large flour tortillas
- 2 cups cooked and shredded chicken
- 3/4 cup BBQ sauce
- 1 cup shredded cheese (your choice)
- 1/2 red onion, thinly sliced
- Optional fillings: sliced avocado, lettuce, tomato, cilantro
Instructions
Prepare the Chicken: In a bowl, mix the shredded chicken with BBQ sauce until evenly coated.
Assemble the Wraps: Lay out the flour tortillas and distribute the BBQ chicken mixture evenly among them. Top with shredded cheese, red onion, and any additional fillings you prefer.
Fold the Wraps: Fold in the sides of the tortillas, then roll them up tightly to enclose the fillings.
Toast the Wraps: Heat a skillet over medium-high heat. Place the wraps seam side down and press gently with a spatula. Cook until the bottom is crispy and golden brown, about 2-3 minutes, then flip and cook the other side.
Serve: Slice the wraps in half, if desired, and serve while hot and crispy.
