    Black-tooth cocktail

    Serves: 4 – 6 flutes
    Cooking Time: 10 minutes

    Ingredients

    • 440ml Guinness
    • 1 bottle champagne or sparkling wine
    • 30ml (1 shot) black Sambuca/black food colouring (optional)

    Chill the Guinness and champagne or sparkling wine very well. Pour the

    Guinness among your champagne flutes. Top up with bubbly, then

    add a drop of black Sambuca or food colouring. Serve immediately.
