    Ingredients

    • 200g fresh blueberries
    • 50g raw almonds
    • 50g oats
    • 2 bananas
    • 125ml (½ cup) yoghurt
    • 5ml (1 tsp) honey (optional)
    • 125ml (½ cup) crushed ice

    Instructions

    Place all of the ingredients in a blender and blitz until smooth. Pour into glasses and serve immediately.
