• Whether you’re a fan of finger foods or simply craving a burst of flavour in small bites, these crispy chicken sliders are sure to satisfy your tastebuds! Each slider is a miniature masterpiece, featuring a succulent and perfectly seasoned crispy chicken filet that guarantees a satisfying bite at every moment.

    Ingredients

    • Crispy Chicken Coating:
    • 180 g (1 ½ cups) plain flour
    • 1 tsp salt
    • 1 tsp ground black pepper
    • 1 tsp paprika
    • 2 Eggs
    • 500ml oil
    • 2 Tbs burger sauce
    • 2 Chicken fillets
    • Handful of Wild Rocket
    • Sliced gherkins, as needed
    • 2 Burger buns

    Instructions

    Mix chicken coating ingredients in a bowl. Dip the chicken in the coating, then egg and coating again.

    Heat oil in a pan then deep fry chicken until crispy and brown in colour.

    Toast the burger rolls then spread the burger sauce on both top and bottom

    Assemble the burger by placing the rocket on the bottom bun, then the gherkins, chicken and top with more burger sauce. Finish off with the top bun.
