    SERVES: 2 | TIME: 20 MINS | EASY

    INGREDIENTS

    •  4 store-bought naan breads 
    • 120ml tomato passata 
    • ½ tsp dried oregano 
    • Salt and freshly ground black pepper 
    • 25g grated mozzarella 
    • Few fresh basil leaves 

    METHOD

    1. Preheat the oven to 220°C. Place 4 storebought naan breads in a lined baking tray. Divide 120ml tomato passata between the naan breads, spreading an even layer over each of them. Season to taste with salt and freshly ground black pepper.
    2. Sprinkle each naan with ½ tsp dried oregano and top them with 25g grated mozzarella each. Bake the pizzas in the preheated oven until the cheese has melted and starts to bubble and brown, about 5 minutes.
    3. Remove from oven and set aside to cool slightly. Top each pizza with a few fresh basil leaves. Serve immediately.
