INGREDIENTS
- 4 store-bought naan breads
- 120ml tomato passata
- ½ tsp dried oregano
- Salt and freshly ground black pepper
- 25g grated mozzarella
- Few fresh basil leaves
METHOD
- Preheat the oven to 220°C. Place 4 storebought naan breads in a lined baking tray. Divide 120ml tomato passata between the naan breads, spreading an even layer over each of them. Season to taste with salt and freshly ground black pepper.
- Sprinkle each naan with ½ tsp dried oregano and top them with 25g grated mozzarella each. Bake the pizzas in the preheated oven until the cheese has melted and starts to bubble and brown, about 5 minutes.
- Remove from oven and set aside to cool slightly. Top each pizza with a few fresh basil leaves. Serve immediately.
