Embark on a journey of cool, zesty delight with this grape, lime, and mint sorbet. This refreshing treat is a symphony of flavours, blending the natural sweetness of grapes with the citrusy kick of lime and the invigorating essence of fresh mint leaves. A great way to cool down after a hot summer’s day!
Make this grape, lime and mint sorbet:
Ingredients
- 1 bag green grapes
- Juice and zest of 1 lime
- 2-3 tbsp honey
- Fresh mint
- ¼ - ½ cup water
Instructions
WASH and dry green grapes and transfer into a freezer overnight.
ADD grapes,lime juice, a few mint leaves and honey and blend until smooth, add in water if needed. Top with lime zest and serve
TIP: This recipe is great on its own or you can choose to serve it with a lime and mint sugar. Where you will combine about ¼ cup of sugar, 1 tsp of mint and lime zest and mix together. Top your sorbet with sugar mixture and enjoy.
Notes
TIP: If your sorbet is too soft after blending, simply pop it into the freezer until firmer.
