• It’s right there in the name! These cups of comfort and wonderfully indulgent are perfect for a cold, winter’s evening!

    Warm up with the deliciously creamy, malty taste of Horlicks with an added peanut butter kick and this might just become your favourite hot beverage!

    This recipe serves 4, but can easily be doubled to serve more.

    Horlicks and peanut butter cups of comfort

    Ingredients

    • 1L boiling water
    • 5ml (1 tsp) ground cinnamon
    • 250g (2 cups) Horlicks powder
    • 150g (⅔ cup) smooth peanut butter
    • 15ml (1 tbsp) vanilla essence

    Instructions

    Pour the boiling water into a large jug and add the cinnamon and Horlicks. Stir well.

    Add the peanut butter and vanilla essence, then transfer the mixture to a blender. Blitz until the mixture is thoroughly combined, about 1 minute.

    Pour into mugs or heatproof glasses and serve warm.
