INGREDIENTS
- 1 cup milk of your choice (dairy or non-dairy)

- 1 teaspoon honey (or any sweetener of your choice)
- ½ teaspoon cinnamon powder
- ¼ teaspoon ground ginger
- ½ teaspoon vanilla essence
- A pinch of black pepper
METHOD
Heat the milk in a saucepan over medium heat until it begins to simmer.
Add turmeric powder, cinnamon powder, ground ginger, and a pinch of black pepper to the milk.
Whisk the ingredients together until the spices are well combined.
Allow the mixture to simmer for 2-3 minutes until it becomes fragrant.
Remove the saucepan from the heat and stir in honey or maple syrup to sweeten the taste.
Pour the mixture into a blender and blend until frothy.
Pour the mixture into a mug and sprinkle with a dash of cinnamon.
