4-ingredient lemon cream cheesecake
Ingredients
- 1 pack of lemon cream biscuits
- 400 g blueberry yoghurt
- 250 g cream cheese
- 100 ml condensed milk
Instructions
In a small bowl mix cream cheese, condensed milk and blueberry yogurt until nicely combined.
Crush biscuits.
In a ramekin, layer crushed biscuits and top with cream cheese mixture and garnish with strawberry.
