Ingredients
- 100ml bourbon
- 2 handfuls fresh mint leaves
- 30ml sugar
- ice cubes

Divide the bourbon, mint leaves and sugar between 2 tall glasses and crush together gently with the back of a spoon. Top up with ice cubes.
