A great alternative to your afternoonbiscuit with tea.
Preheat the oven to 180°C. Lightly grease a 23cm x 32cm Swiss roll tin. In a small pot mix together the honey and peanut butter over medium heat until all is melted, about 5 minutes. Remove from heat and add the remaining ingredients. Press the mixture into the tin and bake for about 45 minutes. Switch off the oven and leave to set for about 20 minutes. Remove and cool completely in the tin before cutting into bars. Oat bars will keep for about 10 days in an airtight container.Oat bars with honey and sesame seeds
